1. Open your Eudora application
2. Click on "Window" in the menu bar.
3. Click on "Address book"
4. First we will need to create a white list entry in the address book before creating the rule. On the new window click on the "Entry" button under the Address book tab.
5. For nickname on the right enter "white list"
6. For the larger white box you will add whatever addresses or current nicknames in your address book to the white list. If you add a current one in your address book make sure to type the nickname exactly. If it matches one in the address book it will become bolded. To just add an address not in your address book add a comma after the last entry and type in the address.
7. Click on the "Filters" tab
8. Click on the "New" button
9. On the right side you need to do the following:
a. For the check boxes select "Incoming"
b. In the drop down for Header select "From:"
c. For the drop down under that select "intersects nickname"
d. In the white box input the nickname you gave your white list.
For this example we put in "white list"
e. Under action select "Transfer to"
10. After selecting Transfer To you will get a pop up that says, "Please choose a mailbox from the Transfer menu."
11. Go up to your menu bar and click on "Transfer". Select the box you want the message to go to, for this example "Inbox"
12. After you do that your screen should look like this one.
13. When you close the window it will popup a message "Save changes to "Filters"? Select "Save"
14. Congratulations! You now have a white list mail rule. Do not forget to update it in the future as you get more contacts or domains you want to make an exception for.
