*This is only for customers who are in the 815 area code and are dialing an 815 number to connect to OWC.
1. Go to the "Apple" Menu in the upper left corner and select "System Preferences".

2. In "System Preferences" Click on "Network".

3. Click on "Internal Modem". If you don’t see this screen please skip to the next step.

4. Add "1815" in front of the Telephone number you currently have listed. You don’t need the dashes above. Next click "Apply Now" and you are all set to comply with the new 815 10 Digit dialing.
