10.2.3 and Up, Mail

1. Open up mail, goto the Mail menu, then Preferences.

2. Click on "Edit Account".

3. Hit the "Options" button.

Select password authentication and fill in your e-mail username and password.

For the User Name here make sure it's your full email address. (e.g username@owc.net)
