Startup Netscape 6 mail

Click on Edit and select Mail/News Account Settings

In Accounts Settings window, select Outgoing (SMTP) Server. For Server Name enter mail.owc.net

Click on New Account in the Account Settings window

In the New Account Setup window, select ISP or email provider

In the New Account Setup window, select ISP or email provider
Click on the Next button.

In the Identity window, enter your name and email address in the appropriate field. Click on the Next button.

In the Server Information window, select POP Mail Server for Server
Type and enter mailowc.net for Server Name
Click on the Next button.

In the User Name window, enter your email address for example username@owc.net
Click on the Next button.

In the Account Name window, enter a name to refer to your email account for Account Name Click on the Next button

In the Congratulations window, click on the Finish button. You should see the new email Account in the Account Settings window.

Click on the New Account button to setup the news server.

In the New Account Setup window, select Newsgroup account.
Click on the Next button.

In the Identity window, enter your name and >email address
Click on the Next button.

In the Server Information window, enter news.owc.net for Server Name.
Click on the Next button.

In the Account Name window, enter news.owc.net to refer to your newsgroup account for Account Name.
Click on the Next button

In the Congratulations window, click on the Finish button
