1. Open Outlook Express buy double clicking on the Outlook Express icon on your desktop.
2. Go to "Tools" on the toolbar. Select "Accounts"

3. Select the "Mail" tab.

4. Click on the "Add" button and select "Mail."

5. Enter your name. Click "Next".

6. Enter your e-mail address. Click "Next".

7. Select "POP3" for the incoming mail server.
8. Fill out the window as shown below. Click "Next."

9. Select "Log on using" and enter your mail Login and Password. (Enter in lower case.) Click "Next".

10. Name the account. Click "Next".

11. Select "I will establish my account manually." Click "Next."

12. Click "Finish."
