Go to the Windows menu and select "Control Panel".

Click "Classic View" on the left side.

Next click on "Internet Options".

Now click on the "Connections" tab, and hit the "Add…" button.

If you already have a connection to the Internet you may see this page. Hit "Setup up a new connection anyway" if you do. If you don’t have a connection setup proceed to the next step.

Click on "Dial-up".

EnterInformation

Enter your connection information: (Dialup number, Username and password). Name the connection "OWC Dialup and hit create". You can also check "Remember this password" if you wish. You have now completed the Dial-up setup for Vista.
