1. Open Outlook Express by double clicking on the Outlook Express icon on your desktop.
2. Go to "Tools" on the toolbar. Select "Accounts"

3. Select the "Mail" tab

4. Click on the "Properties" button.

5. Put a check next to "My server requires authentication" Then Click "OK" Then "Close"
