815 area code and are dialing an 815
number to connect to OWC.
1.
Click on "Start" and
the "Control
Panel"
2.
In "Control Panel" Double click on "Internet Options"
3. Click on the "Connections" Tab
and click the "Settings" button.
4. Click on "Properties".
5.
If "Use dialing rules" is
checked please uncheck it.
6.
Add "1815" in front of the "Phone number" that you already
have listed. Do not copy the phone number from this photo.
7. Keep clicking "OK" till you are out
of all the screens. You are now all set to comply with the 815 10
digit dialing.
