The Inbox, or Microsoft Exchange that comes with Windows 95 automatically takes the wrong email address from the setup process. If you are having problems, this is usually why. To fix this problem, go through the following steps:

1. Double Click on "Inbox". Microsoft Exchange will open.
2. Go to the "Tools" menu, select "Services"
Go to the "Tools" menu, select "Services"
3. Click on "Internet mail." Click "Properties."
Click on "Internet mail." Click "Properties."
4. Use the following image as a guide for setting up your inbox.

Please note: Under Account Name, you should list everything before, but not including, the "@" symbol in your email address. For example, if your email address is owc@owc.net, then your account name would owc.
5. After checking all the settings, click OK.
6. The program will tell you that changes won't take effect until you restart Inbox. Close Inbox and restart. Go to "Tools" and then "Deliver Now" ("Using Internet Mail" if it's a choice).

Setup is complete
