1. Double Click on "Inbox." (on the desktop) Microsoft Exchange will open.
2. Go to "Tools" on the toolbar. Select "Deliver Now." If you get the choice of "using" choose Internet Mail. |

| 3. Notice the two sections of Microsoft Exchange: You are viewing the Inbox. The window on the left shows which folder you are viewing. The window on the right shows the messages contained in the selected folder on the left. To read a message, double click it in the right window. |

4. If you receive an error message, first check to be SURE that you are connected to the Internet.
If you continue to have problems receiving mail, and you've verified that you are connected to the Internet, check your settings.
